Eugene Feifel

Eugen Feifel , also Eugene Feifel , (born November 3, 1902 in Unterbettringen near Stuttgart, † October 14, 1999 in Riverside (California) ) was a German China missionary of the Steyler missionaries and sinologist .

His research area was the history of Chinese literature. He translated the history of Chinese literature (Shina Gakujutsu Bungeishi) by the Japanese scholar Nagasawa Kikuya into German and revised and supplemented it in four editions.
