Eugenia Golea (born March 10, 1971 in Bucharest ) is a former Romanian artistic gymnast .

1985 Golea took part in the world championships for the first time . In Montreal she was runner-up in the team all-around competition.

At the European gymnastics championships in 1987 she won the silver medal on the balance beam and the bronze medal in the jump. She was also fifth in the all-around competition. At the World Championships in 1987 , Golea was world champion with the Romanian team. In addition, she became vice world champion in the jump, together with her compatriot Aurelia Dobre with equal points .

In 1988 Golea took part in the Olympic Games . In Seoul she won the silver medal with the Romanian team. In addition, she started in the individual all-around, in floor exercise, in horse jumping, on the balance beam and on the uneven bars, but could not reach a final.

In 1989 she ended her competitive sports career. Then she performed in the circus and worked as a trainer.
