The film is set in 2020, when everything seems to revolve around consumption and those who cannot pay their debts can volunteer to work them off. Sydnee Steele plays the role of Melina Taylor, a young woman who wants to pay off her debts and who is being tested for "U-4", a sex drug . This is supposed to represent an advanced version of Viagra , which is supposed to allow users to fantasize about their sexual desires. Mike Horner plays Baron Shakes, the doctor who developed and tests the drug, and Ava Vincent the vice president of the pharmaceutical company that runs Shakes.
