European Consortium of Innovative Universities
The European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU) (in German: European Consortium of Innovative Universities) was founded in 1997 by ten European universities. The aim is to create a European network of universities of the same kind for the exchange of experiences at the level of students, research and business.

Executive board meeting
The highest decision-making body is the six-monthly Executive Board meeting . The rectors and the local coordinators of all participating universities take part.

There is a committee for each of the areas in which the network works:

- EU Policy.
