The European Network of Heads of Nature Conservation Agencies (ENCA) is the network of national European nature conservation agencies .
organization
ENCA has a chairperson as speaker. The Organizing Committee , the so-called “Troika”, plans the agenda of the meetings and is responsible for organization and external guests.
ENCA has a permanent secretariat that supports the work. It is located at the Austrian Federal Environment Agency in Vienna.
