Eurytus (son of the Hippocoon)
Eurytos ( ancient Greek Εὔρυτος ) is a person of Greek mythology .
He is the son of the hippocoon from Amyklai . Together with his father and his brothers Dorykleus , Skaios , Bukolos , Enarophoros , Euteiches , Lykaithos , Tebros , Hippothoos , Hippokorystes , Alkinos and Alkon , he expelled the rulers of Sparta , Ikarios and Tyndareos , from the city. Hippocoon and all his sons are killed by Heracles , whereupon Tyndareus takes control again.
