Eustachius Dindemüller
Eustachius Dindemüller , bourgeois Fritz Mayer (born March 6, 1886 in Krauchenwies , † January 6, 1957 in Karlsruhe ) was a dialect writer from Baden. He is considered a representative of the Karlsruhe humor.
Live and act
Mayer was senior town inspector in Karlsruhe. He became known under the pseudonym Eustachius Dindemüller primarily for his "Letters from the Residence" (Vol. I 1916 to Volume VII 1930), which are written in the Middle Baden dialect. His booklet "Schnoogedänz - Bosse und Glosse in Karlsruhe dialect" was published in 1939. In 1952 the booklet Gschwätzgebabbel was published .
