An udder dispenser, also called a milk dispenser or sauce cow , is used to portion mustard , mayonnaise , dressing or other sauces. It consists of a with the opening disposed below bottle made of plastic and including mounted dispenser , which the teat of an udder is similar.

Structure and use

An udder donor usually has a capacity of one to five liters and is equipped with a patented dosing mechanism. At the lower end of the container there is a closure which, as with milking , always releases the same amount of the contents by gently pressing with the hand. A stopper is pushed up inside the dosing hose and thus blocks the inlet. At the same time, the closure for the portioning process opens at the lower end.

Udder donors are used in hotels and restaurants . The closed structure makes it a hygienic alternative to open containers.
