Eva-Maria Lipp

Eva-Maria Lipp (born February 1, 1962 in Köflach ) is an Austrian politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP). From 2010 to 2015 she was a member of the Styrian state parliament . She is also an adult educator and book author.

Lipp is the second vice mayor of Leoben . She is also President of the Styrian Family Association .

On November 9, 2010, Lipp was sworn in in the Styrian state parliament, where she was the spokesperson for the family. In June 2015, after the heavy losses suffered by the ÖVP in the state elections, she had to leave the state parliament.

education and profession

Lipp passed the Matura in 1980 at the higher federal college for agriculture and housekeeping in Klagenfurt-Wölfnitz . Then she studied for two semesters at the federal seminar for agricultural education in Vienna .

In 1982 she got a job at the regional chamber for agriculture and forestry as a housekeeping advisor for the district chamber of Leoben. In 1994/95 Lipp received special training as a specialist advisor for direct marketing. Since 1998 she has been chairwoman of the examination committee for master craftsman exams in rural housekeeping. Lipp is the managing director of the Leoben Chamber of Agriculture. Since 2006 she has been running the “Fresh Cooking School” in Leoben.

The member of the state parliament lives in Leoben. She is married and has two daughters and a son. Her hobbies are running, cooking and talking.
