Eva Almstädt

Eva Almstädt (born November 23, 1965 in Hamburg ) is a German crime writer .

Life

After graduating from high school, she completed an apprenticeship as an interior decorator, including in the studios of Studio Hamburg . This was followed by a degree in interior design at the University of Applied Sciences for Art and Design in Hanover. She then worked for five years in a furniture store in the area of ​​kitchen and living space planning. 1997 followed a move to Schleswig-Holstein and the birth of two children.

She has been working as an author since 2001. She lives with her family in Bargteheide in Schleswig-Holstein.

Eva Almstädt is a member of Murderous Sisters - Association of German-Language Crime Authors , a former chapter of the Sisters in Crime , and the Syndikat , the group of authors of German-language crime literature.
