Eva Fischer (* 1951 in Linz ) is an Austrian author .

Eva Fischer completed her studies in social economics at the Johannes Kepler University Linz in 1995. She wrote her diploma thesis on "My art is liberation policy!" It is an approach to the work of Joseph Beuys from the perspective of social politics. She then studied art history and philosophy at the KTU Linz and in Salzburg for a few semesters . She attended the “Creative Cultural and Educational Work” course at the Federal Pedagogical Academy in Linz and worked for several years as an art educator , with a focus on 20th century art and contemporary art .

She has been the author of texts and images herself since 2000. It is her intention to develop "headstrong" answers to philosophical questions.

Eva Fischer is married with two children and lives in Kirchberg-Thening .
