Evangelina Carrozzo
Evangelina Carrozzo (* 1981 ) is the Argentine Carnival Queen of the Year 2006 in her home region, a model, a singer and a student of nutrition .
She grew up, together with her two sisters and her adoptive brother, in Gualeguaychú on the border with Uruguay .
On May 12, 2006, at the IV. EU-Latin America-Caribbean Summit (EULAK) in Vienna , she drew attention to herself in the final photo when she suddenly stood in front of the photographers with an environmental poster in a bikini while taking a group photo of the heads of state and government . She protested on behalf of Greenpeace , which financed her trip, against a paper mill on the Argentina-Uruguayan border.
