The Evangelical Parish Church Elixhausen , also Honterus Church Elixhausen , is located in Sachsenheim in the municipality Elixhausen in the Salzburg-Umgebung district in the state of Salzburg . The Evangelical-Lutheran parish church named after Johannes Honterus belongs to the Evangelical Superintendentur AB Salzburg and Tyrol of the Evangelical Church AB in Austria .

history

The church was built according to the plans of the architect Kurt Glondys and consecrated in 1961.

architecture

The simple hall building with an apse has a tower attached to the side of the gable front. The inside of the church shows itself with a boarded barrel on wooden pillars.
