The journal Evangelische Theologie (abbreviated EvTh ) is a German-language theological specialist journal . It has been published since 1934 and was edited by Ernst Wolf until 1971 . The magazine appears every two months in the Gütersloh publishing house with a circulation of 1200 copies.
EvTh aims to provide impulses in interdisciplinary thematic booklets in order to perceive the complex unity of theology . In addition, main topics from the theological disciplines are dealt with. The EvTh booklets also want to introduce non-specialists to focal points of theological discussion and the latest research in individual theological disciplines and at the same time go beyond the boundaries of the subject.
