action
30-year-old Katie is a young emancipated woman who sees herself as the head of her unconventional family. She wants to spend her vacation with her little daughter Zelda in a big house near Paris with her mother Isa, her grandmother Liane and her aunt Tessa. Each of the four women carries problems around with them, mostly problems with men. Katie broke up with Zelda's father. Isa meets an old admirer and Tessa is unhappily in love. Coexistence with one another is also turning out to be more difficult than expected.
The journalist Antoine has fallen in love with Katie and wants to get to know her better. At a birthday party, he sees his chance. However, he is extremely clumsy, to which Katie is amused. Zelda's father also shows interest in her again and wants to win her back. Eventually Katie and Antoine find each other. Family life is now also harmonious.
