Nina Companéez (born August 26, 1937 in Boulogne-Billancourt as Nina Hélène Kompanetzeff ; † April 9, 2015 in Paris ) was a French screenwriter and director .

Companéez was born in France as the daughter of Russian-Jewish immigrants. Her father was the screenwriter Jacques Companéez . She was best known as a screenwriter and director of television films. Her screenwriting career began with her collaboration with Michel Deville in the 1960s. Her three-part television film Voici venir l'orage… (2008) thematizes the fate of Russian-Jewish emigrants in the 1930s and has autobiographical aspects. Companéez 'daughter is the actress Valentine Varesa .
