Eyal Golan
Eyal Golan ( Hebrew אייל גולן, a native of Eyal Biton ; * April 12, 1971 in Rechowot , Israel ) is an Israeli singer and representative of the oriental Misrachit music style.
Life
Eyal Golan comes from a family of Yemeni - Jewish and Moroccan - Jewish immigrants. At the age of 16 he made his first appearances in nightclubs. He financed the production of his first album himself. After his second album (BeHofa'a Haya) was already a great success in 1996, he achieved his final breakthrough in 1997 with his third album (Bila'adayikh) , which reached platinum status in Israel . After the success of his album Chayal shel Ahavah , he went on a world tour in 1998 through the USA, Canada, South America and Europe. Eyal Golan also achieved great chart successes in Israel with the following albums : Tslil Meytar achieved triple platinum status shortly after their release, the albums Hoze Otah Muli and Ze ani gold status within a few days .
He produced some of his albums together with the band Ethnix , which is very popular in Israel , whose members Ze'ev Nechama and Tamir Kalisky also wrote some of his most famous songs.
Eyal Golan has two sons and a daughter.
