The Socialist Party of the Oppressed ( ESP , Kurdish Partiya Sosyalist a binding Stan ), German  Socialist Party of the Oppressed is, according to its own assessment, a militant and revolutionary oriented political party in Turkey , which according to the teachings of Enver Hoxha done. Sultan Ulusoy acts as chairman, and in 2010 one of the founding members was Figen Yüksekdağ , who later became chairwoman of the People's Democratic Party (HDP).

On June 21, 2013, 18 members of the ESP involved in the Gezi Park protests in 2013 were arrested on charges of “membership in a terrorist organization” and “destruction of public goods”. Earlier, the police had on June 18 in raids members ESP arrested dozens in their homes and offices of the newspaper Atılım and the news agency ETHA searched both the small left-wing party are closely related. The Turkish Interior Minister Muammer Guler said that the police operation, which had been “prepared for a year”, was directed against the “terrorist organization” Marxist-Leninist Communist Party (MLKP), which had also participated in the protests in Gezi Park.

The youth wing of the party, the Sosyalist Gençlik Dernekleri Federasyonu (SGDF) one was on July 20, 2015 bomb attack perpetrated. Two members of the party died during a raid in the Gaziosmanpaşa district of Istanbul in December 2015.
