Färnäs is a district of Mora in the municipality of the same name in the Swedish province of Dalarnas län and the historic province of Dalarna .

Färnäs is about five kilometers east of the center of Mora on Riksväg 70 . The population of Färnäs has been around 1000 since the middle of the 20th century. Färnäs was identified as an independent crime scene with 988 inhabitants until 2010 and then merged with the crime scene Mora.

There is a school and a village community center in the district.
