The Riksväg 70 is a Swedish highway in Uppsala County , County Västmanland and Dalarna .

The road branches off from Europaväg 18 at Enköping and runs in a north-westerly direction through Avesta , Hedemora , Borlänge (from Borlänge to Djurås together with Europaväg 16 ), Leksand (to Mora along Lake Siljan ), Rättvik and Mora , where it joins the Europaväg 45 crosses, and on via Älvdalen , Särna and Idre to the border with Norway , beyond which the road to Drevsjø in the province (fylke) Hedmark continues.

The length of the road is around 430 km.

The road has had its name since 1962, initially only for the section to Mora.
