The Riksväg 98 is a Swedish trunk road in Norrbotten County .

The road runs from the European route E 10 at Överkalix first to the northeast and then to the east to Övertorneå , where it crosses Riksväg 99 , which runs along the Torne älv , and continues over the border bridge to Finland , where it becomes a short 98 to the E 8 (Finnish 21 ) continues along the eastern bank of the Torne älv . The length of the road is 47 km.
history
The street was given its current name in 2000. Until 1992, the current Europaväg 10 had been called Riksväg 98.
