The road leads from Trollhättan via Falköping and Jönköping at the southern end of Lake Vättern to the east, crosses Europaväg 4 in Jönköping and continues via Nässjö and Vetlanda to the port town of Oskarshamn on Kalmarsund , where it ends at Europaväg 22 .

The length of the road is around 327 km; Of this, however, 182 km are shared with other imperial roads.

history

The street has had its current number along its entire length since 2007. The numbering was intended to create an attractive connection to the ferry to Gotland .
