The Riksväg 21 is a Swedish highway. The road runs for 111 km through Skåne from Kristianstad to Helsingborg .

The road branches off to the west of Kristianstad from Europaväg 22 and runs first in a north-westerly direction, later in a westerly direction, past Hässleholm (there junction with Riksväg 23 , on the western edge junction of Riksväg 24 ) and on through Tyringe and Perstorp (junction with Länsväg 108 to Klippan ), which is bypassed together with Riksväg 13 in the south. The road continues to Åstorp , where it meets and ends at Europaväg 4 coming from Helsingborg .
The Hässleholm bypass has the character of a motor road (Motortrafikled).
