The Riksväg 27 is a Swedish highway in Blekinge , Kronoberg County , Jonkopings and Västra Götaland County , the city of Karlskrona with the City of Gothenburg connecting.

The road runs from Karlskrona over a distance of around 25 km together with Europaväg 22 parallel to the Baltic Sea coast to the west, separates in Ronneby from the E22 and continues generally to the north-west via Tingsryd via Växjö , where it crosses Riksväg 23 , to Värnamo . There it crosses Europaväg 4, which has been partially developed as Motorväg . It continues via Gislaved , where Riksväg 26 is crossed, and Tranemo to Borås and from there on together with Riksväg 40 as a motorway-like road over a distance of around 61 km to the west to the city of Gothenburg , where it joins Europaväg 6 ends.

The length of the road, including the sections that run together with other main roads, is around 338 km.
