The Federation of Islamic Umbrella Organizations in Switzerland (FIDS; French: La Fédération des organizations islamiques de Suisse ; FOIS), together with the Coordination of Islamic Organizations Switzerland (KIOS), is one of the two most important Muslim organizations in Switzerland . Like KIOS, it is a member of the Swiss Council of Religions . The organization was founded on April 30, 2006 and its president was Hisham Maizar until his death in May 2015 . Its new president is Montassar BenMrad , Önder Günes and Pascal Gemperli are their spokesmen. The office is in Regensdorf ZH.

The FIDS propagates an Islam of the middle and distances itself from extremism, eccentrism and the use of violence. FIDS focuses on the representation of Islamic interests in multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multi-cultural Switzerland.
