FC Germania Innsbruck was an Austrian football club from the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck , which co-founded the Tyrolean Football Association in 1919 and took part in the qualification tournament.

Alongside ATV Innsbruck , FC Rapid Innsbruck , SV Innsbruck , FC Veldidena Innsbruck and FC Wacker Innsbruck , FC Germania Innsbruck is one of the clubs that founded the Gauverband Tirol, the forerunner of the Tyrolean Football Association , in 1919.

In qualifying for the Tyrolean A-League 1920/21 , FC Germania Innsbruck met the second team from Innsbrucker SV in the first round on September 14, 1919. The game was lost 9: 1.

After the rather sobering result of qualifying for the Tyrolean A-League in 1920/21, the team was probably classified in the Tyrolean B-League. There are no concrete sources from this period. The Tiroler Anzeiger shows that the team held practice games on June 16 and July 7, 1921 at the Sillhöfen. On July 15, 1921 at eight o'clock in the evening, a club evening was held in the "Black Eagle", after which no newspaper reports were published by the club. FC Germania Innsbruck probably disbanded that day.
