The FC Ibach is a Swiss football club from the Innerschwyzer village of Ibach . It was founded on October 14, 1954 . The first team currently plays in the fifth highest Swiss division, the second interregional league .
The club plays in the Gerbihof stadium, it has a capacity of 3300 spectators.
FC Ibach played the first game in the club's history in March 1955 against the neighboring club FC Brunnen .
In 1976 FC Ibach was promoted to the 1st league , the highest amateur league in Switzerland.
The main sponsor of the first team is the knife manufacturer Victorinox based in Ibach .
