FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH is a Hamburg-based event company that has been active in the event sector since 1990 and has so far organized over 10,000 concerts , festivals and show productions with a total of over 12 million visitors. The FKP Scorpio group also includes Palazzo Produktionen GmbH, Palazzo Produktionen Berlin GmbH and Palazzo Produktionen Wien GmbH. The managing directors of the FKP Scorpio group of companies are Folkert Koopmans and Stephan Thanscheidt, the managing directors of Palazzo are Folkert Koopmanns and Michaela Töpfer.

Today, FKP Scorpio is one of the leading concert organizers in Germany and generates an annual turnover of 100 million euros with a team of over 100 people. In addition to the independent planning and implementation of national and European tours and local events in the music and show segment, the core business is the festival market. These include the most popular festivals in Germany ( Hurricane , Southside , Deichbrand , Highfield and M'era Luna ), Elbjazz , A Summer's Tale , the two indoor festivals Metal Hammer Paradise and Rolling Stone Weekender , as well as Plage Noire and the European festivals NorthSide (Denmark ), Tinderbox (Denmark), Where's The Music? (Sweden), Provinssirock (Finland), Indian Summer Festival (Netherlands), Best Kept Secret (Netherlands) and the Swiss Greenfield Festival . Since July 2000 FKP Scorpio has owned 50.2% of Medusa Music Group GmbH, which in turn is a subsidiary of CTS Eventim . Until June 2016 the Medusa Music Group GmbH held 45% of FKP Scorpio. On June 2, 2016 Eventim increased its stake again to 50.2%.
