Fabian Müller (* 1990 in Bonn ) is a German pianist .

Life

Fabian Müller received his first piano lessons from the age of four with the pianist Rose-Marie Zartner in Bonn. At the age of 15 he was accepted into Pierre-Laurent Aimard's class at the Cologne University of Music and Dance .

After winning 1st prize at the Prix ​​amadéo de piano in 2011 , he drew a lot of attention in 2015 when he won 1st prize at the international “Sound and Explanation” competition in Frankfurt.

He is also a prizewinner at the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition , where he was awarded the special prize for the interpretation of contemporary piano music as well as the international press prize and a special prize for the best interpretation of a work by Ferruccio Busoni.

Concert engagements have taken Fabian Müller to the Cologne Philharmonic , the Tonhalle Düsseldorf , the Beethovenhalle in Bonn, the Berlin Konzerthaus and the Herkulessaal in Munich as well as to appearances in the Netherlands, Spain, France, England and Italy.

He played piano concerts with the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn , the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra , the WDR Symphony Orchestra Cologne and the German String Philharmonic Orchestra .
