Fabio Anderson Luersen is a Brazilian pool and snooker player .

Career

2001 Fabio Luersen reached the final in 9-ball at the Pan American Championship and was defeated there by the Mexican Ernesto Domínguez . At the 9-Ball World Cup in 2001 , he was eliminated in the group sixth in the preliminary round. After Itaro Santos was canceled, Luersen was nominated for the Snooker World Cup in 2011 and formed the Brazilian team there with Noel Rodrigues , which was eliminated in the preliminary round. In May 2012 he took part in the Q School , where he did not get past the round of 16 in the first event and thus missed the qualification for the Snooker Main Tour 2012/13 . In November 2014 he made it into the final round of the amateur world championship for the first time , where he lost 3: 5 to the Chinese Zhao Xintong in the round of 32 .
