Fabrizio Palenzona
Fabrizio Palenzona (born September 1, 1953 in Novi Ligure ) is an Italian manager , banker and politician , chairman of Gemina SpA, Associazione Italiana Società Concessionarie Autostrade e Trafori (AISCAT), of Aeroporti di Roma (ADR) , board of directors of Mediobanca and Deputy Chairman of the Unicredit banking group .

Fabrizio Palenzona is married and has two children.
After completing his law degree at the University of Pavia , he began his professional career in 1981 as a member of the Board of Directors of Unitra Carl and held this position at Unitra srl from 1987. away.
Today he is vice- chairman of Unicredit , he is also chairman of Gemina, the Associazione Italiana Società Concessionarie Autostrade e Trafori, Aeroporti di Roma , Aviva Italia and the association of Italian airport operators Assaeroporti. He is also a board member of Mediobanca , the Associazione Bancaria Italiana (ABI) and the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio of Alessandria .
Political career
Palenzona was initially active in the Christian labor movement ACLI and the Democrazia Cristiana (DC) . From 1985 to 1995 he was mayor of Tortona , in the same year he became a member of the government of the Piedmontese province of Alessandria . After the dissolution of the DC he joined the party La Margherita - Democrazia è Libertà . From 1995 to 2004 he was President of the Province of Alessandria.
