Fabryka Samochodów Gepard , previously Studio Samochodowe Gepard , was a Polish manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Zbyslaw Szwaj who was working on a design for a sports car since 1983, founded in 1990 in Warsaw , the company Studio Samochodowe Cheetah and began the production of automobiles. The brand name was Gepard . In 1992 the name was changed to Fabryka Samochodów Gepard and the move to Mielec . Production ended in 1995. Szwaj then founded Leopard Automobile with some partners .
vehicles
The company made roadsters . In the model Cheetah GP 8 a made V8 engine from Rover with 3900 cc displacement and 190 hp (140 kW) for the drive. The model was also available with a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1997 cc.
