Fahnberg

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fahnberg was a district in the Königsforst . The settlement belongs to the Bockenberg district in the city of Bergisch Gladbach .

history

The village of Fahnberg is recorded in the original cadastre in 1827 . The name still exists as a hallway name. Around 1900, however, the name was no longer specifically mentioned, as the development expanded more and more to the north-west of Tütberg . In general, people then only spoke of Tütberg. The farms were spread over a longer stretch directly on the main path, which is still called Tütbergweg today . In 1905 there were nine buildings, in 1941 there were five houses and in the 1960s only two, one of which was demolished in 1972.
