Fail Emotions is a Russian trancecore band from Yaroslavl founded in 2008 .

history

In 2009 the first demo Side A with eight titles was published. Two EPs followed the following year , called Makes Bad and Dance Macabre . To Makes Bad also has music video releases. The band already gives concerts on a national level and has already performed several times in Belarus . Shortly before the turn of the year, the band released their debut album Transfornation .

In September 2011, Fail Emotions opened for Enter Shikari . In the same year the single We are Legend was released . In May 2012 the EP Speed ​​of Light was released . Shortly before, the group toured Russia on the "Reconstruction Tour". Fail Emotions opened up for My Autumn on February 23, 2012 . Between June 14th and 16th, 2013, the group played with Blood Stain Child on the Geki Rock Tour in Japan . The concerts took place in Nagoya , Tokyo and Osaka . In the same year the EP Gravity was released .

On June 1, 2014, the official music video for Final Frontier , which can be found on their album Renaissance , was released. The album was released on May 5, 2014. A little later, the third single called New Day Has Come was released .

Music genre

In contrast to most post-hardcore bands, Fail Emotions is one of those bands that have dedicated themselves to the DIY principle. The band mixes elements of post-hardcore with those of techno . The band combines a variety of musical genres such as post-hardcore , djent , electronica , dubstep , trance and drum and bass . That is why the band's music style is also defined as trance or electrocore . Fail Emotions describes their style of music as progressive trancecore.
