Mohamed Fakhri Ismail (born March 6, 1991 in Bandar Seri Begawan ) is a Brunei athlete and football player .

Sports career

In 2015, Ismail took part in the World Championships in Beijing and the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore . In Singapore he set a new national record over 100 meters with a time of 10.59 seconds.

At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , bin Ismail started over 100 meters , but was eliminated in the run-up. At the opening ceremony he was the flag bearer of his country.

Soccer

In addition to athletics, he is active in the forward position as a football player in the Brunei Super League .
