Liao Fan ( Mandarin廖凡Pinyin  Liao Fan * 14. February 1974 in Changsha in the province of Hunan of China ) is a Chinese film and television actor.

biography

Liao Fan attended the Shanghai Dramaturgy College from 1993 to 1997. After various roles in film and television, he played a leading role in Assembly with Feng Xiaogang in 2007 . The story of the film shows an episode in the Chinese civil war between the Kuomintang and the People's Liberation Army .

In 2008 Liao Fan starred in the romantic comedy Ocean Flame . It is a film adaptation of a novel by Wang Shuo , who also wrote the script for the film. For another romantic comedy If you are the One 2 , Liao Fan worked again with Feng Xiaogang and Wang Shuo. In 2012 he starred in the Jackie Chan film Armor of God - Chinese Zodiac .

Since 2014 Liao Fan can be seen on Chinese television in a leading role in the series Meng's Palace (海上 孟 俯). The series tells the story of a Confucian civil servant family in the first half of the 20th century.
