Fan poster

Fanposter (compound noun consisting of a fan and Posters ) refers to the fan base of a sport, a hobby or a particular genre ( film , video game , etc.) whose members their proximity to the subject by placing their photos on a poster in the form of a collage to express .

The production of a fan poster is mostly done by a fan club , a fan club , individual members or a fan community.

The aim of a fan poster is to present all (or at least many) members on a poster that is published in a location that is accessible to as many members and interested parties as possible (e.g. club notice board , fanzine , fan weblog ).

An example of an online fan poster is the "2006 World Cup Fan Poster" project, which immortalized football fans from all over the world on a 3 × 2 meter poster and was exhibited on July 9, 2006 at the Fan Fest in Berlin.
