P / F Faroe Ship (formerly Skipafelagið Føroyar ) is a shipping and logistics company based in Tórshavn , Faroe Islands . The company is a subsidiary of the Eimskip Group.

history
Faroe Ship was founded in 1919 as Skipafelagið Føroyar. The company merged with Eimskip on July 1, 2004 and was renamed Faroe Ship. In 2007 all activities of Heri Thomsen, Farmaleiðir and Faroe Ship were merged under the name Faroe Ship.
