Fatih Demireli

Fatih Demireli  (born May 31, 1983  in  Munich ) is a German-Turkish journalist. He is currently the publisher and editor-in-chief of the sports magazine Socrates .

After completing his traineeship in 2010 at bundesliga.de , the official website of the German Football League ( DFL ), he was initially editor and later deputy head of the editorial team. In 2010 he switched to SPOX.com and built up the Turkey section. Later he was also responsible for FC Bayern Munich at Spox . In July 2016 he moved to Democracia Verlag in Berlin and was editor-in-chief until December 2016, from 2017 he has also been the publisher of the sports magazine Socrates.

He reported for the former Turkish TV station NTV-Spor as a correspondent from Germany and between 2015 and 2017 was a TV expert for the Turkish edition of Eurosport , which held the rights to the Bundesliga in Turkey during those years . Since 2017 he has occasionally been heard as an expert at DAZN . He can also be heard as an expert at TRT Spor in Turkey.

Demireli is married and lives in Munich and Istanbul .
