Fine structure
As a rule, fine structures are structures that cannot be seen with the normal eye. The use of the term is always relative. Fine structure means about
- in physics the term for substructures in a line spectrum in spectral analysis, see fine structure (physics) and fine structure constant ;
- in mineralogy the crystal structure of a rock;
- in anatomy and biology , especially histology , the cellular structure of tissue ;
- In cell biology, the structure of a cell or an organelle in the cell ( e.g. cell membrane , mitochondrion, etc.):
- in the case of textiles, the fabric structure of a substance .
