Fengtai County ( Chinese  凤台 县 , Pinyin Fèngtái xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Huainan in the Chinese province of Anhui . The administrative area of ​​the district has an area of ​​1,000 km² and approx. 730,000 inhabitants (2018). Its main town is the large community of Chengguan (城关 镇).

geography

Most of Fengtai is north of the Huai He , a small area of ​​the district is on the southern bank. Most of its area is less than 25 meters above sea level. Several larger rivers flow through its area, which feed several lakes: the Yongxing He (永 幸 河) and the Xifei He (西 淝 河) flow into the Huai He from the north.
