Ferdinand Linzenich

Ferdinand Linzenich (* 1956 in Bergisch Gladbach ) is a German cabaret artist , motivational speaker , moderator and communications consultant.

Life

After graduating from high school in 1976, he did his military service as a paratrooper in the armed forces. Following a bank training, he studied business administration from 1977 to 1981 and then law for a few semesters at the University of Cologne.

After practicing karate as a competitive sport for years, he and his brother Johannes founded the first martial arts school in Bergisch Gladbach, from which a regionally operating fitness studio chain has emerged over the years. Today the Linzenich Fitness Group is one of the largest and most successful privately run fitness studio chains in Germany.

Since 1996 he has also been active in the communications and entertainment industry as an entrepreneur - from conceptual advice and directing to the production of events of all kinds, plays and films.

He now has an excellent reputation as a motivational speaker and communications consultant. He has worked for many large German companies and associations as a keynote speaker, moderator and coach . He was a columnist for Wirtschaftswoche and speechwriter for various prime ministers.

Ferdinand Linzenich is married and has two children.

cabaret

In 1984 he began his stage career as a cabaret artist. Together with Nikolaus Kleine he formed the cabaret duo Kleine & Linzenich from 1985 and was successful with various stage programs for over 24 years.

From 2010 to 2012 he was a cabaret artist with his first solo program I love life because I can perform in it! on the country's renowned cabaret stages - from the Düsseldorfer Kom (m) ödchen to the Berlin voles and the Stuttgart Renitenztheater to the Cologne mustard pot . From 2013 to 2014 he could be seen with his second solo program Heiter geht weiter .

In January 2016, his third solo program "I'm sorry, was on purpose!" Premiere.

  • Ferdinand Linzenich was and is honorary in his hometown Bergisch Gladbach u. a. active as chairman of city ​​marketing . He was also president of the SV Bergisch Gladbach 09 soccer club from 2005 to 2006 .
  • In 2016 he was awarded the golden badge of honor of the city of Bergisch Gladbach for his outstanding social commitment.
