Ferdinand Römer
Ferdinand Römer (born November 30, 1919 in Neurath / Rhineland, † 1986 ) was a German journalist .
Life
Römer was a soldier during the Second World War and last held the rank of first lieutenant . After founding the Catholic, national newspaper Deutsche Tagespost in 1948, he worked for them as an editor. In 1951 he was deputy editor-in-chief and in 1955 editor-in-chief of this newspaper.
