Ferdinand Reinhard Gahbauer

Ferdinand Reinhard Gahbauer OSB (born May 29, 1945 in Aidenbach , † January 28, 2011 in Murnau am Staffelsee ) was a German priest monk of the Ettal monastery and theologian .

Life

He made his profession in Ettal on November 11, 1965 and was ordained a priest there on September 15, 1973. Since 2004 he has been Professor of Ancient Church History and Patrology at the Heiligenkreuz University of Applied Sciences .
