Ferguson River is a river in the Nunavut Territory of Canada .

It has its origin in Ferguson Lake . From there, it flows in an easterly direction through a number of lakes including Qamanirjuaq Lake , Kaminak Lake, and Quartzite Lake . Finally it flows into Nevill Bay , a bay in Hudson Bay .
