Droschka is a district of the city of Bürgel in the Saale-Holzland district in Thuringia .

geography

Droschka is located on the southern edge of an arable area created by monks south of the Tautenburger forest . The federal highway 7 leads directly through the hamlet-like village and connects with the federal highway 9 and the surrounding area.

history

The place was first mentioned in 1145. Droschka belonged to the Wettin district office of Eisenberg , which was under the sovereignty of various Ernestine duchies due to several divisions in the course of its existence . In 1826 the place came with the southern part of the Eisenberg district office and the city of Eisenberg from the Duchy of Saxony-Gotha-Altenburg to the Duchy of Saxony-Altenburg . From 1920 he belonged to the Free State of Thuringia.

After the expropriated property and the LPG, the following listed companies followed after the reunification of the two German states: Landwirtschaftliche AG Droschka; Carpentry; Agricultural products Hainspitz eG; Container service and a company for geomechanics and construction technology mbH.
