The Dobrich TV tower is a 146 meter high reinforced concrete television tower near Dobrich in Bulgaria . The tower, which was designed by the architect Petar Andreev , was completed in 1979 and has a viewing platform open to the public. There is also a medium-wave transmitter near the Dobrich TV tower, which uses a 112-meter-high steel truss mast , which was completed in 2000 and insulated from the ground, as a transmission antenna.
