Ready Lustig is a Swiss sitcom with 51 episodes that was broadcast on Swiss television from 2000 to 2002 .

action

The manager Max Brugger is fired from his company. Meanwhile, his wife Angela receives a job offer from a fashion boutique and says yes. From now on Max is responsible for the household and Angela earns the money. At the same time, Angela's brother Erich Truniger moves in with the family. He is a big film fan and raves about the contentious neighbor Eliane Bissiger. She is the owner of the boutique where Angela found a job. But Eliane doesn't want to know anything from Erich; she generally has an aversion to men and lets Max know this again and again. Kathrin is the daughter of Max and Angela. She is 14 years old, is well through puberty and is particularly interested in mopeds .

So, of course, the arguments between the individual characters are inevitable, Max tries to run the household like a manager, which constantly fails, and he has a problem with his wife now feeding the family. Erich dreams of his own video store and of Eliane, who regularly shows him up and ridicules him. And Kathrin wants to do her own thing anyway and it overwhelms her parents.

Swiss television commissioned a total of three seasons from the Laugh Track production company , and from January 2002 Videcom was responsible. They were filmed in front of an audience in the studio in Uster between 2000 and 2002 and broadcast promptly.

From 2006 to 2007 the sitcom was repeated for the first time by SF 1, and since January 2017 it has been broadcast again on SRF 1 .
