description

The simple Gothic building consists of a rectangular nave and a polygonal closed choir with pointed arched windows . It has a circumferential base cornice and a high pitched roof with shingle roofing, which is  crowned in the west by a roof turret with a gable- pointed helmet. The sacristy is built on the north side of the choir.

Inside, the nave has a three- bay stab cap barrel and belt arches over baroque polygonal wall pillars, and the choir has a ribbed vault  . The ridges and medallions are decorated with delicate stucco. The room is decorated with important frescoes. On the north wall of the nave there are three scenes from a Christological cycle from around 1440, in the choir vault one of the largest Gothic Mary cycles in Tyrol with 35 images from the life of Mary and Old Testament models, which was created around 1500. The frescoes in the wall panels of the choir from 1688/89 show scenes from the life of St. Adolar.

The high altar dates from the Baroque period, the Gothic Pietà in the central niche was created around 1430. The statues of hll. Florian, Sebastian and Adolar were carved around 1770. On the parapet of the wooden west gallery there are half-length portraits of holy clerics, which were created around 1688.
