Filip Ditzel (born August 12, 1985 in Lanškroun ) is a former Czech track cyclist .
In 2002 Filip Ditzel took third place in the team sprint at the Junior World Track Championships and at the Junior World Championships together with Jaroslav Flendr and Daniel Lebl . In 2003 he became junior world champion and junior European champion in the 1000-meter time trial . At the Junior European Championships he also took second place in the sprint as well as in the scratch and third place in the team sprint (with Adam Ptáčník and Jiří Hochmann ).
In 2011 Ditzel was two-time Czech time trial and team sprint champions with Denis Špička and Ptáčník.
